This past weekend we had the annual Miss Gardner-Webb Pageant. We have one every year in Dover Theater over in the LYCC. It is always pretty entertaining and I've gone every year that I've attended here. There were 12 contestants up for the crown. A bunch of students come out to support the girls and some even make signs and hold them up during the time that certain girl is out on the stage. I thought that this year was a lot better than previous years, it ran a lot smoother and I thought the set was prettier. At the end of the night one lucky girl is crowned Miss Gardner-Webb and will have that title for an entire year!Wednesday, February 4, 2009
