Christmas at the Webb!

Last night I got to go to two Christmas events! I always love Christmas time around campus because there is always some Christmas party to go to or event to attend. Last night we had our Christmas party for the admissions office and we all got to eat together and just have a great time. We even got some fun t-shirts as gifts! After the Christmas party I went over to Dover theater for our annual Festival of Lights. This is where our choirs put on their Christmas concert and then there is a reception afterwards for everyone. The Christmas tree on campus is also lit and it's just a great time for everyone!

Thanksgiving Break

My Thanksgiving break was well needed. I had a lot of assignments and tests right before break so it was pretty stressful, but once I got home and was able to relax I felt a lot better! On Thanksgiving I went over to my Grandparent's house for lunch and we stayed there for most of the afternoon. It's always great getting to spend time with family you don't get to see too often. On Friday, I went up to Boone, NC to get a Christmas tree! We actually went to a Christmas tree farm and cut down the tree ourselves! I've never done that before and it sure was an adventure. I hope we get to go again next year!
